All users are requested to adhere to the following terms and conditions while using Somewhere In Blog.
1. General Rules and Expectations
1a. Regarding Freedom of Speech:
Somewhere In Blog was created as a platform for the general public to express their thoughts, opinions, and creativity freely. We support the expression of any ideology, whether radical or conservative, as long as it does not violate state laws or infringe on the personal freedoms of others.
1b. Regarding Rule Violations:
From now on, if any blogger is banned for violating the blog rules, they will receive a notice on their own blog page specifying the exact clause of the violation. If a blogger's post is removed from the homepage, they will also be informed of the specific reason for the rule violation in the same manner.
1c. Policies for New Bloggers on the Homepage:
From now on, all new bloggers' emails, usernames, and first few posts will go through a verification process to ensure that the blogger's email, username, and post content are accurate and appropriate. We will also check if the blogger's first post is of sufficient quality to be published on the homepage. If there is nothing objectionable in the post, it will be published on the homepage. This verification process may take between 1 hour to 24 hours. This measure is taken to prevent flooding and the degradation of the blog's environment by new usernames registered by some bloggers.
1d. Control over the Homepage:
Somewhere In... is one of the few sites that allows every blogger to publish on the homepage. However, we have noticed that some bloggers have begun to misuse this opportunity. From now on, we have decided not to delete any posts unless specific policies are violated. However, we have decided to establish more control to maintain the cleanliness, diversity, and attractiveness of the homepage for all types of bloggers.
1e. Posts that may include objectionable references or words:
In some important writings, it may be necessary to use certain references or words that may not be acceptable to people of all ages or classes, but discussions on those topics are essential; we will allow those subjects on the homepage if a relevant warning is provided in the first paragraph of the writing (we will soon add a system so that readers can only see the titles of such posts and read them at their own discretion). However, the presence of objectionable words or topics in the post title will compel us to remove any post from the homepage.
